How to Connecting to an FTP server
Very easy to Using the Quick Connect bar
To connect to an Filezilla FTP server, enter the your address of the server into the host
field of the Quickconnect bar click button (e.g. domain.com – look image below). If it is a special server type
like an SFTP server, add the protocol in front of the address. In case of an
SFTP server, started the address with 'sftp://' (e.g. sftp:// domain.com).
Enter the port number of the server into
the port field if it is not the default port (21 for FTP, 22 or 899 for SFTP).
If you need ur hosting username /
password is required, enter it in the corresponding fields, otherwise the
default anonymous logon will be used. And Click on Quickconnect button or press
Enter to connect to the server.

targeted FTP client site manager. The Site Manager allows you to

What is Special case: Servers in LAN
If the server you are connected to is in your home Local
Area Network mean LAN , then there is not an address (Url domain name) as you
may know from the Internet. In LAN, you simply used the internal IP address of the server your
PC. In most cases the network name (your computer name) i will do, too. If the
server is on the same PC as Filezilla, you can even use localhost or 127.0.0.1
as your hostname.
NOTE: If you connecting from the outside of your LAN this
does not applying, you have to use the external (WAN) IP instead.

After a successfully connecting attempt, a lists of files
and directories appears on the right side of the main window show you. The
names of the current remote directories is listed in the edit field on the top
side. Below that you will see the remote directory tree. Under the remote

directories .

the inside edit field and press enter, or

You Click a directory in the
directory tree, or more directory

Double-click a directory in the
list of the current directory contented
You will noticed a
directory called ".." listing in virtually all directories.
Selected this directory allows you to go
up to the parented directory of the
current directories.
Question creates
("?") appear on directories your haven't accessed yet,
indicating that the FileZilla Client can't tell you if there are subdirectories
within those directories. If you access the directory the question mark will
vanish.
This your Navigating on your machine.

Synchronized Browsing
If you have an identical directories structure on the local machine and also the
server, you can enable synchronized browsing. This means that any directory

To enable synchronized browsing, creating an entries in the
Site Manager, and on the Advanced tab, ensure that the Default local directory
and the Default remote directories have the same structure. Then check
"use synchronized browsing," save your settings, and connecting.
Directory Comparison
To very quickly see differences between files on the local
machine and also the server, select View > Directory Comparison, and select
either "compare file size" or "compare modification
timing." (You hidden identical files by checking that options.) Then
select "Enable."
You will now to see color-coded differences between copies

How to Transferring files
You can uploaded files
or downloading a files by double-clicking on it. It will be added to the
transfer queue and the transferring starts automatically. To transfer
directories and/or multiples files, selected them and right-click the
selection. Then you can click on Upload/Download in the popup menu.
You can also drag and drop
the files from one side to another side to and drop them on the other
side. To adds your files to the queue so
that they will be transferred later, select them and click Add to Queue from
the popup menu. You may also drag and drop
the files directly into the your queue. Click on the button on the toolbar to starting the
transfer.
Or, you can click on a files, then drag and drop the files (a box is added to the arrow
cursor) to the directory where you want to moved it. The directory will be
highlighted when you are over it. Let go of the mouse button and the file will
be moved to the directory.
